Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist, educate and guide patients through selection of flower, concentrates edibles and other products
• Interpret customers’ needs and wants and translate that into the best product for them
• Lead patients through the process of applying, renewing and receiving their medical marijuana card
• Assist with inventory intake, checking inventory levels, and processing received inventory
• Communicate with patients to effectively deescalate issues
• Check and report in the retail folder and Budtender Log at the start of every shift for pertinent information

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Learn the knowledge and skills to properly trim and meticulously prune (a process also called manicuring) cannabis flowers without damaging them. 
• Be able to identify any abnormalities in the cannabis such as: Powdery Mildew (PM), bud rot, seeds, etc. 
• Weigh product with 100% accurately, label products properly, and handle all products without damaging them. 
• Assist with inventory intake, including checking inventory levels and processing received inventory.  
• Prepare and adhere labels to each package neatly in the designated area while ensuring all State required information is present and clearly labeled. 
• Follow all security protocols and comply with all Elevated policies and procedures. 
• Manage time efficiently to meet productivity goals while consistently producing quality work. 
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation inside the processing area and participates in the clean-up of equipment and workplace at the end of every day. 
• Maintain documentation standards, ensuring products are accounted for throughout the entire packaging process and that all required internal paperwork is clear and free of errors. 
• Follow ad hoc requests from supervisor with a good attitude and willingness to learn.

• Read and master the standard operating procedures for each assigned task, including distillation and butane hash oil machine.
• Proficiently and safely run any equipment needed for any extraction or processing, including distillation and butane hash oil machine.
• Accurately weigh, portion, and produce all items, including joints and cartridges.
• Safely handle all hazards materials, including butane, propane, ethanol, or any other material used in the extraction, cleaning and processing of material.
• Accurately keep detailed records on individual runs, including weights, times, extraction percent or further information requested by supervisor.
• Perform cleaning tasks of entire facility as needed or assigned by supervisor.
• Complete each run to maximize quality product while also maximizing the yield of the extraction.
• Identify and inform supervisor of any defective items not meeting Elevated’s quality standards.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.

Position Summary:

Elevated is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our cultivation team as Cultivation Laborers. This is an entry level role focused on the hands on labor that keeps our cannabis operation clean, organized, and thriving. You’ll support daily plant care, facility sanitation, and production preparation laying the foundation for a long term career in cannabis cultivation.

If you’re driven, detail oriented, and interested in building your skills, this role offers a clear growth path toward becoming a Tank Technician, a specialized position with expanded responsibilities in plant health, nutrition, and system maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time daily and maintain full shift attendance from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with appropriate breaks and lunch).
• Trim and structure vegetative plants per instruction, maintaining care and speed.
• Clean and sanitize tables, tools, fans, and workspaces according to schedule.
• Complete daily cleaning checklists and secure supervisor sign off.
• Support transplanting and new tank planting with attention to plant health.
• Assist with harvesting operations, including recording wet weights and preparing plants for drying.
• Wash and sanitize hydroton grow media and reusable baskets.
• Aid in netting and tending bloom plants under direction from the Production Supervisor.
• Follow proper procedures for attaching plant tags (METRC compliance).
• Scrub and reset vegetative and bloom tanks per company sanitation standards.
• Perform additional facility duties as assigned, including general upkeep and cleaning tasks.
• Maintain compliance with all company SOPs, safety guidelines, and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
