Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Weekends Required
• Assist, educate and guide patients through selection of flower, concentrates edibles and other products
• Interpret customers’ needs and wants and translate that into the best product for them
• Lead patients through the process of applying, renewing and receiving their medical marijuana card
• Assist with inventory intake, checking inventory levels, and processing received inventory
• Communicate with patients to effectively deescalate issues
• Check and report in the retail folder and Budtender Log at the start of every shift for pertinent information
• Responsible for accurate till management and cash drop with no variances larger than what is outlined in Budtender Policies and Procedures
• Learn and build your knowledge about all medical marijuana products offered and available
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain Compliance with all policies and procedures
• Assist in any other department within Elevated

Education and Qualifications:

• Highschool diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with patients and employees
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments too completion within parameters of instructions given
• Ability to adapt to any issue that may arise
• Must have good decision-making skills
• Must be self-motivated
• Must have high energy level
• Must have ability to multi-task
• Must have excellent planning, problem solving, and teamwork skills
• Must have excellent cash handling ability

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand and work for 10+ hours

Pay Range: $15-18 Hourly DOE

Job description:

Retail Store Manager ($42,000-$48,00/yr)

The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, provide customer and patient support, and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in customer service, employee recruitment, or retail management. Store manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer expectations by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff regularly

• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent customer service while adhering to state law and company policies

• Maintain daily communication and reports to Main Office through e-mail and company applications

• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths every 90 days under the supervision of District Manager

• Hire, Train, and Empower staff regularly to ensure tasks are completed within the appropriate time frame

• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance

• Additional store manager duties as needed

Requirements

• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance

• Must be available to work shifts any day of the week, as late as 8pm

• Travel will be required up to 50% of the time

• Training period of 30 days must be completed

• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
