WE ARE LOOKING FOR FULL TIME-PART TIME EMPLOYEES (25-40/hrs week). STARTING RATE OF PAY IS $16.60-$18, depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist, educate and guide patients through selection of flower, concentrates edibles and other products
- Interpret customers’ needs and wants and translate that into the best product for them
- Lead patients through the process of applying, renewing and receiving their medical marijuana card
- Master the process of submitting applications through Transportal
- Assist with inventory intake, checking inventory levels, and processing received inventory
- Communicate with patients to effectively deescalate issues
- Check and report in the retail folder and Budtender Log at the start of every shift for pertinent information

Store Manager — Libby, MT
OUR LIBBY LOCATION WILL NOT BE OPENING UNTIL AUGUST-SEPTEMBER 2025. POTENTIAL CANDIDATES WILL TRAIN IN KALISPELL (MONDAY-FRIDAY) FOR UP TO A MONTH AHEAD OF THE STORE OPENING. TRAINING MAY REQUIRE FREQUENT TRAVEL.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet customer expectations by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff regularly
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service while adhering to state laws and company policies
- Maintain daily communication and reports with Retail District Manager
- Ensure staff are able to successfully meet Elevated standards
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a positive attitude and culture at all times
- Master the process of receiving inventory manifests and correctly allocating and converting inventory for sale
- Perform a complete inventory audit, at least monthly, with detailed explanations for any variances
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths every 90 days under the supervision of District Manager
- Perform monthly staff audits
- Hire, train, and empower staff regularly to ensure tasks are completed within the appropriate time frame
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers

Education and Qualifications:
- BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Successful experience as a retail manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read and master the standard operating procedures for each assigned task, including distillation and butane hash oil machine.
- Proficiently and safely run any equipment needed for any extraction or processing, including distillation and butane hash oil machine.
- Accurately weigh, portion, and produce all items, including joints and cartridges.
- Safely handle all hazards materials, including butane, propane, ethanol, or any other material used in the extraction, cleaning and processing of material.
- Accurately keep detailed records on individual runs, including weights, times, extraction percent or further information requested by supervisor.
- Perform cleaning tasks of entire facility as needed or assigned by supervisor.
- Complete each run to maximize quality product while also maximizing the yield of the extraction.
- Identify and inform supervisor of any defective items not meeting Elevated’s quality standards.
- Maintain a clean work area at all times.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with all of Elevated’s policies and procedures.
- Assist in any help needed by any other department within Elevated.
