Distribution – Packer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Learn the knowledge and skills to properly trim and meticulously prune (a process also called manicuring) cannabis flowers without damaging them. 

• Be able to identify any abnormalities in the cannabis such as: Powdery Mildew (PM), bud rot, seeds, etc. 

• Weigh product with 100% accurately, label products properly, and handle all products without damaging them. 

• Assist with inventory intake, including checking inventory levels and processing received inventory.  

• Prepare and adhere labels to each package neatly in the designated area while ensuring all State required information is present and clearly labeled. 

• Follow all security protocols and comply with all Elevated policies and procedures. 

• Manage time efficiently to meet productivity goals while consistently producing quality work. 

• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation inside the processing area and participates in the clean-up of equipment and workplace at the end of every day. 

• Maintain documentation standards, ensuring products are accounted for throughout the entire packaging process and that all required internal paperwork is clear and free of errors. 

• Follow ad hoc requests from supervisor with a good attitude and willingness to learn. 

• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor. 

• Must participate in required cleaning schedules as set forth by the department. 

• Assist in any help needed by any other department within Elevated.

Education and Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED preferred. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with fellow employees in a respectful and clear manner. 

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude. 

• Must have good decision-making skills to help further build the reputation of Elevated.  

• Must be self-motivated and have a high energy level. 

• Ability to multi-task while keeping on a set timeline.

Physical Requirements:  

• Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully. 

• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance. 

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. 

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
