Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment.
- Count and record exact amounts of items on hand.
- Follow all Elevated packaging standards.
- Identify and inform supervisor of any defective items not meeting Elevated’s quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Comply with all Elevated policies and procedures.
- Assist in any help needed by any other department within Elevated.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and complete assignments within parameters of instructions given.
- Skill in ability to safely and effectively operate standard foodservice and packaging equipment
- Must have good decision-making skills to help further build the reputation of Elevated.
- Must be self-motivated
- Must have a high energy level
- Ability to multi-task while keeping on a set timeline.
- Planning, problem solving, and teamwork is a must!
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Two shifts available: Monday - Friday 6am to 2pm or 8am to 4pm
Starting Salary: $15.00 per hour
